To place an order with Premier Tent Rental, please observe the following steps in order:

1. Contact Premier Tent Rental at 616.813.6917 to ensure your desired equipment and date is available.

2. Download the Rental Agreement Form by clicking here, and filling it out.

3. Mail the form, along with a deposit equal to 50% of your order to:

4. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for items under $500.00 canceled less than two weeks prior to the rental date. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be added for items over $500.00 canceled less than two weeks prior to rental date.

5. Set up and delivery is free for the first 15 miles. A $25.00 delivery fee may be added for each additional 25 miles.

6. There will be a $30.00 delivery fee added for chair only rentals.
