HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Call Premier Tent Rental at 616.813.6917 to verify the items you want are available on your desired day. After calling Premier Tent Rental, print off the order form that can be found on the orders page, fill it out and send it to Premier Tent Rental.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. Premier Tent Rental requires a deposit of 50% of your order that should be sent with the completed rental agreement form. This ensures that you will receive the products you want at the desired location. The remaining balance of your order will be due upon delivery.

CAN I PUT THE TENT ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN GRASS?
Yes. Premier Tent Rental rents out frame tents, which allows us to set up tents on grass, cement, asphalt, and even decks. We can place a tent on virtually any flat surface. <back to top of page>

HOW DO YOU ANCHOR YOUR TENTS?
The tents that Premier Tent Rental sets up on grass do not involve large stakes that leave holes in your lawn or the annoying ropes of conventional tents. Premier uses four 10” stakes that securely anchor each leg into the ground. This allows us to set up tents in tight spaces and also provides a much safer environment for all party guests.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER THE RENTAL ITEMS?
At Premier Tent Rental, we recognize that planning an event requires the coordination of many different elements and the tent is often the first thing that must go up. With that in mind, we strive to deliver your tent in a timely manner that best suits your needs.

WHEN DO YOU PICK UP THE RENTAL ITEMS?
We recognize that event ending times vary. Thus, a pick up date and time will be set upon delivery. However, should your party end earlier than anticipated and you would like the equipment picked up, please feel free to call Premier Tent Rental and our staff will be glad to pick the equipment up in a timely fashion.

DO YOU SET UP THE TENTS, TABLES, CHAIRS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT RENTED FROM YOU?
Yes! Premier Tent Rental's experienced crew not only sets up the tent, but will also set up the tables, chairs and other equipment at no additional charge.
